Edison, Whatcom County. When I ask Google Maps to show me where this town without a traffic signal is, I get Edison Street in Bellingham but no Edison village. But tell Google that it's on West Bow Hill Road and Farm to Market Road, and it will find it for you. The photo above is of the main and only intersection in this town of art galleries, small restaurants and two bars. (I haven't gotten a shot of Edison, so I had to borrow this one. The photo appeared in this article.)
