We should reconsider firing David, because he is capable for our work. The interviews he has done proves the fact. for the interview with Professor Dan iels on the space exploration, he has done it successfully all by himself. Professor Daniels' secretary praised him for what he had done--set up lights, run the camera, and do the interviewing. Another example of his great work was the interview with Dr. Fisher for the Denver project. He managed the interview well filling in for Marsha. He could handle it, since he had studied the files and knew all the background. Some might say it exceeded his duty. However, whether he had tried to take Marsha's position or not, we had better consider the good results he had got. considering his capability that he has shown on our work, it will be a big loss to the station if we don't give him a second chance.
