roots of the fig tree remind us of Beng Mealea in Cambodia's Angkor Wat. |

people ask me to take a photo of them while knowing that they won't get

isn't the main prayer hall. I can't explain the beds, unless they are
rather platforms for meditation. |

It's
still strange to me to see smiling faces on Buddha figures in Southeast
Asia, unlike the sombre faces that I'm used to seeing in Korea. |
