| CheBu-dong is west of GyeongBok Palace, and might be considered part of SeoChon. It's amazing how this area that seems straight from the '70s is so close to the center of town but has managed to avoid redevelpment. This is true of much of the "'70s Korea" area west of the Palace. | ||

| CanChi Jip (Banquet) Resturant in CheBu-dong (just west of Gyoeongbok Temple). This friendly down-to-earth type of restaurant is quite common north of the river; it's one thing that makes River North (KangBuk) such a nice place to live. | ||
