Fire David?

If David stops hurting Marsha, he shouldn't be fired because he is a capable worker not only as a cameraman but also as a reporter. We can see his skill as a reporter in his performance in college. In fact, he was chief of the camera crew on campus for nearly two years and he produced shows all by himself. Therefore, he had not only camera experience but reporter experience too. It means he can deal with all assignments of a cameraman and also a reporter. There's one case that can show about David's ability mentioned above-the interview with Professor Daniels. At the interview, David set up lights, run the camera, and besides did the interviewing by himself without Marsha. But he didn't make any mistakes in spite of the fact that it was too difficult for one person to do it all. In addition, Daniels' secretary said the interview was exciting and fascinating. In Denver trip, David also showed us how he could do well the assignment of a reporter. Marsha didn't show up at the airport for the Denver trip. When Bob worried what they were going to do in Denver without Marsha, David said he could handle it all right because he had spent some time studying the files and he knew all the background. Consequently he did it very well. Grace said he did a really fine job filling in for Marsha like that at the last minute. Considering David's ability as a cameraman and also a reporter, David should keep working at WNYN.
