David should be fired because he doesn't know how to work with other people. Not only does he have a tendency not to work as a team but also he is always trying to get Marsha's position. The first reason that he should be fired is that he works all by himself. He decides what he's going to do alone; he doesn't talk to Marsha about waht he's going to do. For example, he missed the meeting with the Grace. At that time, however, he stopped in the hospital where they were supposed to go over together on Tuesday to do the story, planned the whole thing; even though he is only responsible for video, he came up with the story angle. Another reason that David shouldn't keep working is that he seemed to be always trying to get Marsha position. For instance, there was a mix-up on the arrangement, interview with prefessor Daniel. David might have made such a mix-up intentionally to get a chance to move up to the the Masha's position. He had changed plans, interview with professor Daniel, at the last minute and he didn't tell Marsha who is his superior about the change of time; finally he interviewed all by himself without Marsha. Even though David is a capable worker, he is not a proper person in a company, where people work together. If David keeps working at WNYN, he will get other people who work with him in trouble and also hurt them. Therefore, considering the reasons which show that David is a person who doesn't know how to work with other people and put Marsha in trouble, he should be fired for the benefit of both WNYN and other people.
