Rantepao is in the province of South Sulawesi. It has a population of only a little over 40,000, but it's the main city (though not the capital) of Toraja, Sulawesi, because of tourism.

In the Todi weaving shop in downtorn Rantepao. This lady is making ikat material, and there is another lady who does a softer material on another loom. Very interesting to watch. The shop also has some excellent wood carvings.
