This is a warung makanan, the type of restaurant where most people eat. It's like a buffet. A very hearty meal (including juice) will run about US$ 0.70. What makes it different from any other restaurant in the world (as far as I know) is that, when you pay the bill after you eat, you tell the cashier what you ate.
