Beng Mealea, about 60 kilometers from Angkor Wat, has not been touched except for the installation of some walkways. To find out more about this temple, visit here.

Beng Mealea has very fertile rocks.
My guide. Neither his age nor his floppy sandals deterred him from scaling the mountains of debris like a mountain goat.
It appears that something's missing here. The explanation may be that it was an image of Buddha and one of the Hindu kings had it carved out, which is what Jayavarman VIII did extensively in other temples.
